The Pond is to the north of Fleet, just south of the railway line (SU 820 550, OS Landranger 186). It’s accessed from various roads in the Pondtail area of Fleet, the station car park and off Cove Road.
Parking:
Access to the main car park is via the narrow, brick railway bridge off the Cove Road (A3012/3). Cross the bridge and turn right. The car park is 400 metres down a tarmac road with a height restriction of 2.1m at the entrance.
The train station car park can also be used and has quick access to the Pond. However this is charged Monday-Sunday.
Access:
Surfaced paths make access easy for wheelchairs, pushchairs and bicycles.
For advise on disabled parking and access please call the Hart District Council rangers on 01252 623443
Directions:
By road, exit the M3 at junction 4a and follow the signs to Fleet and turn left over the railway bridge on Fleet Road.
